From the day you received your order, you have 30 days of full right of return.
When you want to return an item, you can collect a return slip and package label via our return portal. A return label costs DKK 45 and will be deducted from the final amount you will get back. Our return portal is currently only available for returns within Denmark.
Here's how you do it:
By registering your return through our return portal, you will receive your return slip and package label to the specified e-mail address.
1. Fill in the return slip and put it in your return package
2. The package label is taped to the package
3. Hand in your package to the nearest Postnord postal store/parcel shop
We do not offer exchanges. If you want to exchange for another product, we recommend that you make a new order with the desired product and return what you do not want to keep through our return portal.
We recommend that you send returns via our portal
When you send a return via our portal, your shipment is sent as an insured package with a Track & Trace number. If you still choose to send your return package as ordinary mail, you should know that all responsibility lies with you should the package get lost. Ordinary letters without a Track & Trace number will not be replaced by the shipping company.

We recommend that you do not use DAO365 to send returns to us. We are not a private address and DAO365 recommends that you do not use them to send to a business address.
All complaints should be sent to email@example.com. Attach your order number (It is typically found as part of the name on your order confirmation and starts with JL followed by 4 digits) together with pictures of the item. Then we make sure to find a solution for you.
